Your flight confirmation will specify the terminal. When you book, provide your flight number and we will confirm the terminal. Our team monitors any last-minute terminal changes and briefs your chauffeur accordingly.
For 1–3 passengers with standard luggage, any of our saloon vehicles (E-Class, S-Class, BMW 7, Audi A8) are suitable. For families or groups with substantial luggage, the V-Class (7 passengers, 7 large cases) is the ideal choice. For 4 passengers, the Range Rover offers 3 large cases plus cabin bags.

If your flight is cancelled before your chauffeur has departed, we will reschedule your transfer at no charge. If your chauffeur has already departed, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an appropriate solution.
